Itching On Fingers, Palms, Feet, Bums Under Eye, Leg, Neck, White Bumps On Palm, Pregnant. Treatment?

I am 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant and for the past 2 days I started to have light itching on the tips of my fingers, palms and fingers which has gotten worse. My feet have been very itchy. I noticed a small bump under my eye, on the side of my leg, under my neck and a white bump on my right palm.

I am worried, what is going on?
