Itching near groin, inner thigh area, lumps on inner thighs, genitals. Treatment?

For about a month now I have unbearable itches around my groin and inner thigh area which has left me with just over a 1cm lump on my left inner upper thigh, a week or two passed and I saw that I have started to get little lumps on my genitals, no puss, red lumps unbelievably itchy and around the same time as that I have started to get these itches around my ankles, fingers, wrists, elbows, upper arms and especially in and around my buttox and I have which i think is one of these, on my penis shaft, it really is quite big. Any help? I can t handle this itch anymore!!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You seem to be suffering from scabies infection.
Scabies is an infectious skin condition caused by a tiny mite which burrows into the skin and causes intense itching.
It is spread mainly through direct skin contact with an infected person and occasionally by contaminated bedding, towels and clothes.

Consult your doctor for the confirmation of diagnosis and prescription.

There are several treatment options available for the treatment of scabies.
The current treatment of choice is a 5% preparation of permethrin or a 25% preparation of benzyl benzoate (Ascabiol )

Treat all your households at one go.
Wash all your linen in hot water.
Repeat the application in 7 days time.
Take some anti allergic like BENADRYL OR CETRIZINE in night for 5 to 7 days.
