Itching At The Base And Under The Penis, Wrinkled Skin, Discolored A Bit. What Is The Cause ?
Im African American and within a week my penis under the head and around the base of the shaft got itchy. Im not having sex or anything but the skin is extra wrinkled and soft when flacid and seems to be losing the brown color just a little.. I used a razor that was sitting in the open for a month to shave my penis area and don t know whaty could be the cause. Help please
