i am girl of 22years i want to ask that i have a problem of itching at the junction of hard palate and soft palate mostly during night times i feel lyf scraping it with any hard object. . i als feels difficulty in breathing sumtyms and also while taking any liquid food i feel dat food goes inside wind pipe and ma breathing stops fr few seconds.. plz plz tell me the etiology and treatmnt

I hope you are not having asthma or any other lung disease.
You must consult an ENT specialist and get examined.
You must also take care of reflux of food or acidity .
Whether you feel it or not as many people even can not feel the acidic reflux but they have it. and it is more in night.
If you have it during day time also then first treat it .
Take----
Antacid tablet
Syp. antacid gel 2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals
multivitamin twice daily
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food
Avoid late night coffee
follow up after 7 days.
