Itching And Cracks In Webbing Between The Toes Of Foot

The webbings on my right feet are having problem as the skin continues to peel off whenever I wear shoes for a prolonged duration. The day I wear shoes (i use cotton socks only) I start having itching on the webbings between the toes (last 3 toes of my right foot) and in case if I scratch it blood oozes out of it. Please advice. The problem is turning severe as it affects my movement since the cracks make my feet swell as well.
