Hi! uma,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
Uma you need to tell me what all places you get itching it in between your web-spaces ..or lower abdomen...does anybody else in family has the same problem...since you said it is more in need to rule out scabies...Do you feel any association with you eating habits...if its allergic then it can associated with allergic rhinitis need to consult your dermatologist again or take a second opinion ..or tell us in detail about your problem.
take care,
