Hi,

Zyprexa should be taken at bedtime as it can cause some sedation. It can be taken with Xanax. However, I do not feel that it is the right treatment for anxiety and panic attacks. It is an anti-psychotic and you would find better results with medicines like SSRIs (Zoloft, Paxil etc) or SNRIs (Effexor, Cymbalta etc). SSRIs and SNRIs will control your anxiety and reduce your need for Xanax. Another thing that may help you a lot is practicing relaxation exercises like progressive muscular relaxation. Detailed instructions are freely available online.

Best wishes.
