Is Zinc Oxide Cream Right Medication For Anal Fissure?

Hi. I have an anal fissure, the specialist recommended zinc oxide cream. I just went to apply it and noticed that now I have another bump in just inside my anus on the side wall. It feels like a large fluid filled blister, the fissure feels more hard compared to this. It definitely wasn't there a couple days ago and now it seems quite large, larger than the fissure, other than that I was completely unaware of it. Should I be concerned?

Zink oxide is not usually helpful in fissure , it help in drying the secretion and form a healing layer on excoriations. The one you are feeling hard is becouse of induration in ulcer.
For fissure use cream that helps in decresing your anal tone and spas , hece increse heing and decrease in pain.
USE OINTMENT. DILTIGESICS .2% CREAM FOR HEALING WITH. SYR. CREMAFFIN PLUS 4 TSF TWICE DAILY.
