Is Wine Consumption Safe While On Tylenol?
I had a vaginal complete hysterectomy 1 week ago today. I have not take any narcotic pain med for 5 days now. I m alternating 600 mgs with 1000 mgs Tylenol. My hemoglobin was 11 the day I went home after surgery. Is it safe to have a glass of red wine with my dinner now?

As you mentioned you are taking Tylenol 1g per day and want to drink.
As the side effects of acetominophen(tylenol) is concerned it increase hepatotoxicity in alchohlics.
So to prevent liver damage its better to avoid.
