Is Weight Reduction Of 10 Kg Possible In The Next Three Months?

hi doctor, i want to reduce to weight and from last 10days i have substituted rice with ragi and other grain items with lots of fruits. i am gradually reducing rice and wheat intake. and every mrng ( 5 days a week) 30 mins of slow cycling. will i be able to reduce 10 kg in 3 months time.

Hello! Thank you for writing. Losing weight means to eat less calories than you burn. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.Do you suffer from any other disease ,especially kidney disease?If so you need to take a personalised diet from a nutritionist. Also i recommend you to consume different seeds,for excample chia seeds,sunflower seeds,etc also dried fruits:cranberries,gojiberries,etc. You can use avoccado for excample one tablespoon with one slice of brown bread. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
