Is Weakness And Chest Pain Sign Of Pregnancy?
Dear Doctor,
My and my would be's Nikah (Engagement but the proper religious marriage) is done. Our marriage is still left and will be as soon. We slept together for 3 days. That days we had relations 2-3 times. We were using quantum because we don't want to get baby's now and on top of that our marriage is not done actually. While having relation one of quantum was tore, but it was from out side only. And even we just got inside the virgin only once or twice properly. Now after that she is very weak, had back pain, chest pain, head ache. She is already so weak even before engagement or having relation. She went to many doctor's as all said its all because of her weakness. Now its her time of period. Even its not happening properly. She is just loosing some white liquid instead of blood. Doctor said its because of the weakness. Even before she used to visit doctor each month because of pain before she get down. The doctor was on a stand of that is because of her virgin is small and it will be Ok after having a relation

I have gone through your query and understood the concern. At the time of the first intercourse, it is common for the hymen to rupture and some amount of weakness and spotting/bleeding to occur. If she was in her fertile or ovulation period at the time of the intercourse, her chances of conception are high. Her weakness can also be due to other causes like anemia and malnutrition. A proper clinical exam is needed along with blood counts and urinalysis. If she did not attain a normal menstrual period, HPT can be done 3-7 days later to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
