Is Warm Water And Honey An Effective Cure For Menstrual Cramps?

I have very heavy periods & very painful cramps & can t seem to sleep very much while I have my period, a friend of mine said that having a cup of hot water with 100% natural honey will help me feel & sleep better. Is this truly what it does for me or is it just a myth?

Honey is rich in many ingradients like minerals protiens etc.By taking honey with warm water relieves cramps during menstruation. It will be wise if you consult the doctor because causes of dysmenstrual bleeding must be ruled ouy .Causes are pelvic infilamatory disease endometriosis ,fibroids .
