Is Vomiting Normal While Having Typhoid Stage 3?
My sister is facing vomits whenever she is consuming anything in food.The doctor said that she is suffering from typhoid stage3.Can u plz tel if vomiting is normal at this stage? her reports says "Bulky spleen"....Is it becAUse of bulky spleen?

Noted your sister have grade 3 typhoid.
It is gastrointestinal infective disease so vomitting present....
Spleenomegaly can occur in it....
Here if she can't take food ryles tube intubation necessary....
She need intravenous ceftriaxone.for 5 days.
Then for 7 days oral cefixime....
Take fruit juice and small bland diet once you resume diet.
For vomitting domperidone or ondensetrone given.....
