Hi Doc, recently i don't seem to know i av been having lots of tiny boils on my face even after using cleansers. Asides that i feel weak, in fact i can't really describe how i feel. and just this morning i felt like vomiting. i just got married last year and never been pregnant so i don't what it means to be pregnant. Am i pregnant?
Pregnancy symptoms can vary widely between women, and nausea can be one of them, but there is no reason to suspect that you are pregnant from a single episode of vomiting. In addition, boils on your face can indicate other types of hormone changes that are not due to pregnancy.
The most common sign of pregnancy is missing your menstrual period.
So if your period is overdue, I would perform a urine pregnancy test, which may be purchased over-the-counter to see if you are pregnant. If not, there are other reasons you may be feeling ill and I suggest you schedule an appointment with your family physician for further evaluation.
I hope I was able to adequately answer your question today and that my advice was helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr. Brown
