Hi,

I can understand your concern for vitiligo on lip. You have shedding or exfoliation on lip after application of Melgain. But, melgain only change the clot. So,Shedding of lip is not due to Melgain.

So, consult the dermatologist for the diagnosis. It may be exfoliative cheilitis. Apply lip balm on affected lip. It will be alright. And continue melgain application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
