General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Vertigo is not a disease, it is a symptom, the causes may be the hypertension, diabetis, infection of the internal ear, ischemia of the brain, gastric irritation etc.
I advise you to consult physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I, for confirmation.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and cinnerzine till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
