Dizziness as if on a boat and feeling shaky heavy head and heavy tense muscles a lot worse after physical exertion and day after drinking .... Doctors think it s anxiety but I m Not convinced I think that the dizziness makes me anxious which then makes my dizziness worse . All tests back normal .... Have a headache above my eyes like a tension headache most days worse in mornings .... Dizziness as if on a boat and rocking with my pulse every day .... Vertigo maybe ??
