Is vertigo curable with black seed oil?

I have been told that black seeds can help with vertigo. My daughter suffers from severe vertigo every time she gets a cold or flu and at same time gets fluid behind her left ear. She has a very narrow eustachian passage on that same left side of her face also. Can black seeds help or is there anything else she can do to help drain the fluid behind ear that forms. It is very debilitating. Thank you very much. I.D. :-)

Anatomically narrow eustachian tube results in fluid in middle ear.If this causes hearing loss treatment involves tympanostomy tubes and drainage. There is no evidence supporting use of black seeds for vertigo..
