Is Vaginal Spotting Normal In A Sexually Active Woman With Endometriosis?

Hi, I have endometriosis. I am wanting to know what is meant by the term sexually active . Does it only involve sexual intercourse, or is oral sex and fingering also involved? If I am sexually active, should I be concerned with continuous spotting, and if so why?
