Is Vaccination For Yellow Fever Advisable While On Actemra And Prednisone?

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I am taking 1 mg prednisone for two days then skip a day in an effort to reduce prednisone. I also have an infusion once per month of Actemra. I am 65 years old. I know I am immunocompromised but to what degree considering the medications I take. My question is regarding vaccination for Yellow Fever. I will be traveling extensively in South America next year - am I able to be vaccinated against yellow fever? Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are immunologically weak then vaccination may not work here even if you are taking some steroid then also vaccination is questionable, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
