Hi sir im drvansh 24 suffting from perianal wart... i apply PODOWART S Lotion on the wart twice on s werk after advide of doctor. But after first use wats.s in white color n very painfull .. sr plzzz confrm the effect after applying that lotion on a perianal wart. N sidefect of podowart n couse of perianal wart

I understand your concern.
Podowart is a mixture of resins from podophyllum, which is cytotoxic agent. It is used topically for removing genital warts.
You need to apply one drop of 0.5% podophyllum solution or a small dab of 0.25% podophyllum cream to the affected area twice a day for three days in a week, which is then washed off after 4 to 6 hours. You need to use it for at least 6 weeks till the warts disappear. Petroleum jelly may be used to protect normal tissue near the warts from irritation.
