General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Asthalin pill contains salbutamol. a bronchial dilater... while seroflow is a steroidal inhaler.. which relives bronco constriction & edema too. Both are different drugs which compliment each other's actions.. so you can take them together.
I would suggest for Asthaline spray in place of pill( as it is active locally & so needs very low dose of medicine. This helps in skipping side effects on long use.You can combine it with seroflow spray .. which has a quicker & preventive effect.
Please consult a chest physician for proper dose.
Thanks.
