Is Type 1 Diabetes The Cause Of Heart Disease?

I am 24 years old and have type 1 diabetes.
I have been experiencing heart palpitations, shortness of breath. I am tired and my body is
sore and sensitive even to touch. I also have some testicular pain.
My blood sugar levels have been unstable for the past 5 years.

Any ideas as to what is happening?

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir I understand your concern.
I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.
usually uncontrolled diabetes is important factor for heart disease
in my opinion i suggest you to meet your diabetologist and check your blood sugar and Hba1c try to bring them back to control.
mosty heart problems are not common in your age
this symptoms may be due to bad sugar control
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
