Twitching and headache are one of the signs of Crystal overdose. But as these are the only symptoms you experienced, you may have slightly overdosed. And does not look like life threatening. Please maintain hydration by drinking lots of fluids to help body clear the drug from your system.
Immediately rush to ER if you feel any of the serious symptoms like-
-Irritability
-Chest pain
-breathing difficulty
-Seizures
-loss of consciousness
-decrease in urine output

Hope this incidence acts as a lesson for you to stay away from such things in life
Thank you.
