Hello,
The medication combination that you have mentioned are a little different.
The Triglimisave has 3 types of
diabetes medication and Jalra is a separate medication which is added when the blood glucose levels are not under control.
Although Trigulin also has 3 same types of medication as Triglimisave, the
Diacobal is not a diabetes medication. It is
Vitamin B12.
This is generally used with a medication named
Metformin which is included in Triglimisave and Trigulin because Metformin actually reduces the level of Vitamin B12.
This results in the possibility of anemia and other problems like numbness associated with Vitamin B12 decreasing in Blood.
As far as your HbA1C is concerned, your age and any other problems like
heart disease and any kidney disease can tell me if it is sufficient or not.
Generally, we target HbA1C level of 5 to 6 to keep patient safe from complications of Diabetes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
