Is Travelling Safe After Laproscopic Appendectomy?

I just had a laproscopic appendectomy this past wednesday March 23rd at 1am in the morning. I had booked a scuba diving trip for the end of this month, departing March 31 for 4 nights to Utila, an island next to Roatan north of Honduras. I live in Costa Rica, this is a quick 2 hour flight with a 2 hour stop along the way. Do you think I could still at least go on the trip? Maybe just snorkel? Or maybe just a couple shallow 30 feet dives?
