Dear patient
Gall stones lie in gall bladder which is located in right upper quadrant of abdomen. Myoma or fibroid in uterus lies in central lower quadrant of abdomen. Both are in different locations and have different symptoms. So they are not in differential diagnosis of each other. Trans vaginal ultrasound is safe and very helpful in diagnosis of uterine pathology. So there is no harm in getting it done. Ct scan abdomen plain SOS contrast is very sensitive and more specific than ultrasound. All the best.
