Thanks for your query,based on the facts and report of your semen examination that you have posted it appears that you have Oligospermia meaning there by that your sperm count is low compared to WHO standards.

The presence of 10-12 pus cells suggest infection of either prostate or seminal vesicle ,

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotics for 6-8 weeks

Repeat semen analysis after 2 months .
