Is Tiredness A Side Effect Of Taking Mirtazapine ?

Hi i have just been prescribed mirtazapine 15 mg. I took one last night and when I went to do weight training today i was very lathargic and people were saying to me have i just woke up. I looked very pale and tired today should i stop this medication?

Hi,

Yes, somnolence and dizziness occurs with it, but unless these are not bothering your daily activities you can continue therapy, for these lethargic and other side effects use [online yoga / breath workshop like art of living] these can help sleep, emotional well being or even to handle negative thoughts.
