Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is not herpes. It may be prickly heat or photosensitive dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply a soothing lotion like calamine. Take antihistaminics like cetirizine if itching is there. Avoid staying in a hot environment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
