Is Tingling In Limbs And Low Appetite Related Heart Disease?

Hello Doctor I am 27 years old and had palpitation 2 weeks before.my ECG was normal and my blood test was perfect except Iorn slightly high.I always have tingling in my legs and hands.Now I don t have appetite and my food intake is quite low.Is this related to heart disease? Ps clarify my doubts.

Anxiety may explain both
See an Internist / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigation may be necessary...
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.
Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations…
