Is Tingling In Hand A Side Effect Of Oxycodone Pills?

I had an Inguinal hernia (both sides) operation performed 3 pm EST yesterday (Tuesday). The pain medication prescribed is Oxycodone/Acetaminophen. I took the prescribed amount and have had a tingling sensation in my right hand, and also a slight numbness (almost like my hand is asleep). That started to occur at 6 am this morning and has not improved. Is that normal reaction. I have not ever needed to ever take any medication in my life. 57 year old male. Blood pressure 119/77

Hello, numbness and tingling are not listed as the side effect of Oxycodon,
The tingling could be due to the way you slept on your hand, it should go away in couple of days, if the numbness lasts more than a week please check in with your family doctor.
feel better soon.
