Is Thyroid Disorder The Cause For Hair Fall Based On This Report?

I m 32yrs F and recently observing excessive Hair fall. Did Thyroid Test and would like to know whether they are within limits? Have recently undergone gall bladder surgery TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C.L.I.A 93 ng/dl Range 60 - 200 TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A 6.7 μg/dl Range 4.5 - 12.0 THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) C.L.I.A 3.88 μIU/ml 0.30 - 5.5 FREE TRIIODOTHYRONINE (FT3) C.L.I.A 2.66 pg/ml 1.7 - 4.2 FREE THYROXINE (FT4) C.L.I.A 0.85 ng/dl 0.70 - 1.80 ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODY (AMA) C.L.I.A 16 IU/mL Negative : 34

dear madam
your thyroid function test and AMA both are within normal limits, hypo thyroid is almost certainly not the cause of your hair loss, please discuss it out with your trichologist
