Is this normal for penis to go down when it is squeezed or strained ?
When erect, the shaft of my penis fills up with blood and becomes rock hard just as you would expect it to. However, the head of my penis remains relatively the same size as it was when it was flaccid. If I squeeze or strain, the head fills up with blood, but as soon as I let go it goes back down. Is this normal?

as per your saying shaft erection is normal and even hard to feel it i donot think
you carry any problem still for your satisfaction you may consult your doctor. thanks
