Is This Medication Harmful In Long Run?
I am a patient of DM Type 2 since 5 years. After 2-3 years, Dr. has prescribed me Zolyl M1 & M2, Olmark A40 & Ecospirin AV 75. Since, there are a long list of side effects on Ecospirin av 75, then I thought to clarify my doubt whether this medicine is useful or harmful in long run?

Hi,
It might cause gastric erosion and gastric bleeding. It might cause excess bleeding from the wounds because it is a blood thinner.
But it is a wonder drug for diabetes-induced coronary artery disease. You can reduce the untoward effects by taking it full stomach and with a PPI.
