Hi,

The drugs prescribed to you shall show you some results in a week or so but it is not the treatment for OA or sciatica for that matter. You need to walk to a Physiotherapist who will help in overcoming the problems by Physical exercises. Moreover you need to see an orthopedicain for OA.

You are into your menopausal age so the symptoms may worsen due to heavy hormonal imbalance in your body. Meanwhile you can take calcium supplements, VIT D3, and Methylcobalmine to help you to overcome some issues. There are an ample number of Ayurvedic medicines that can help you, you can revert back for more suggestions.

Hope that helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. M Zahoor Bhat
