Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is This Dosage Of Enalapril, Montelukast And Diltiazem Safe To Be Taken?
I am taking the following meds but now read that thee may be serious interactions by taking all of them. Is there any problem taking these in these doses: enalapril - 20 mg montelukast 10 mg diltiazem 120 mg clonidine0.1 mg - only if blood pressure goes aboe 150
Though taking Enalapril, Montelukast and Diltiazem are able to alter each other's metabolism, there are no long lasting or serious effects of such interaction other than a need for slight dose modifications. And it is advisable to continue taking these medicines in above dosage. I would recommend you visit your doctor if you experience any weird symptms like dizziness, vomiting, decreased urine output, chest pain. Thank you.
