Is This An Indication Of Some Thing Immanent, Should I Be Concerned ?

I feel faint and week, it can happen any time any where, I do not drink coffee,? I feel faint and week, it can happen any time any where, I do not drink coffee, I am middle aged and with no heart or blood pressure issues, the only quick fix is to drink sweet drinks. Is this an indication of some thing immanent, should I be concerned ?

i think u are going into hypoglycemic episodes which means reduced sugar levels in the blood ..reverse of diabetes) just check ur blood sugar elevls once and if u are a diabetic on medication then u should change the dosage of the drug after consulting ur doctor.
