General & Family Physician 's  Response
Losartan does not interact with Lipitor. Muscle ache is a side effect of Lipitor. It is not due to interaction between losartan & Lipitor. Lipitor usually causes muscle ache, which is in most of the cases, is mild and tolerable.
Advice
1.     Continue Losartan and Lipitor as suggested
2.     Avoid strenuous activity
3.     Vitamin D 400 unit daily per oral for 20 days
4.     Investigation – CK – MM, serum vitamin D3
If CK – MM is elevated more than 10 times of upper normal limit then
1.     Immediately consult your doctor for change of Lipitor

If CK – MM is elevated but is less than 10 times of upper normal limit then
1.     Continue Losartan and Lipitor as suggested
2.     You can also ask your doctor for change of Lipitor if muscle ache is intolerable

If your serum vitamin D3 is decreased then consult your doctor with report for aggressive correction of vitamin D deficiency.
Thanks
