Is There Chances For Pregnancy If Having Constipation And Tiredness?

My cycle is fairly regular usually 34 day cycle. I had unprotected sex on the 3rd and again on the 11th. My period should have started on the 11th but it still hasn't arrived. Last Thursday I had bad left side pain for 4 days then it went away. I have been a little constipated and tired all the time but no other pregnancy symptoms. Is it possible that I am pregnant? Took an at home test that was negative but I don't trust them because before my miscarriage 5 years ago I didn't test pos on a urine test until I was 4 months pregnant.

Pregnancy is certainly possible. If you have pain or vaginal bleeding (unlike menstruaton) please get an ultrasonogram of abdomen done, preferably transvaginal. Urine tests are not confirmatory. A transvaginal ultrasound 4 weeks after intercourse or transabdominal ultrasound 5 weeks after is quite confirmatory. Hope this helps.
