Is There Chance Of Fake Negative Pregnancy Test Using Test Kit?

hi i would like to know the reliability of a pregnancy self test kit. ( pregtest by cipla ). we had unprotected sex 48 days ago. her period is delayed. i did the test yesterday ( used two test kits for more reliability. ) it came negative in both the kits. can i be sure ??

Thanks for asking to healthcaremagic.com. Well, You had sex 48 days ago that means its been almost 1 and half month ago ,if you have been pregnant, test should come positve by now. Chances of fake negative after 48 days is not possible. There can be other reasons for delay in menses like:-

1. A Thyroid Irregularity

2. Polycystic Ovary Symptom

3. Stress
I would suggest to see your doctor and get yourself investigated to come to the final diagnosis. Thanks and regards.
