Welcome to Healthcare Magic
If you avoid fatty, fried, junk food, stop smoking this will be the best you can do to prevent clogging. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink enough water. The bypass is needed because thick fat has gotten accumulated in the blood vessels supplying the heart which cannot be removed because much of the artery is involved. No other go than surgery. You can consult at charitable association affiliated Hospitals or Government setup for subsidy in cost. But the surgery is essential to help in survival. Do not take it lightly. Your heart is getting less energy to work. Do not delay.

General & Family Physician Dr. Jitender Chauhan's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. You need to inform us more about your condition like what is the percentage of blockade and what is your LVEF. Non invasive method is usefull only when the condition of blockage is not severe. You need to continue using plavix and eat fresh fruits and vegetables and reduce your blood cholesterol level by avoiding oily and fried food. Wish you good health.
