Is there any way to reduce the extra fat after delivery ?

Hello doctor ,i have 3 months old baby girl and i feel after her birth my waist circumference are more than before there any way to reduce this extra fat... thanks in advance...

Right now u will have extra wt, pls dont do any dieting since u have to feed ur baby, slowly the fat and extra water content in ur body reduces, if not after stoping the breast feeding you can start exercise and healthy dieting.

to reduce weight gain
try to have diet control first
do some yoga excercises ..which will help u to control weight but regularly
if possible go for a walk in the morning
rest try to change your life style and stay away from alochol,drugs,cigerrate

hi welcome,
since you are not at all doing any exercise and hard work along with nutritious food in extra definitely you will gain weight.
reduce the usage of egg and other fatty food
start a little bit exercises
start walking exercise in home itself
increase the intake of leafy vegetables
never follow some local combination used by old fellows to do the garbha raksha
