Please dont rush to start top feed.

First of all how do you say that breast milk is not sufficient ?

If your baby is comfertable ,if baby weight is increasing by 140 to 240 gms /week,if baby is passing urine 8times in a day, baby is passing stools at a fixed time please don't worry- the milk is sufficient!
If still you find the milk is not sufficient, please follow -
-Greatest stimulus for milk seceration is babies breast sucking-so feed the baby as many times as he demands.give aquality time to baby when you feed.
-your own diet should be protein, iron calcium &vitamine rich.
- In addition,You can add ashwagandha + milk/tab. lactare 2 twice a day with milk
