Is There Any Treatment For Meniscus Tear In Ayurveda?
Hi i have a meniscus tear in my knee and its been 6 months now and its painful some times , i have consulted a doctor and after a 2 week Plaster it did not benefited much but increased the pain as it was a month after the injury , well the doctor says to operate and i am not very keen to do so is there any other way to treat it other than the operation like Ayurveda or anything else.

You can definitely get well with a combination therapy of janu vasti, tikta ksheer vasti and some oral medicines. Contact some good panchakarma practitioner in your area.
