Avoid smoking , alcohol .... Thiazide diuretic can be prescribed.... Regular exercise needed.... If vertigo present then betahistine given.... There are few surgical procedure also available like..... - endolymphatic sac procedure to reduce inner ear pressure and ..... -vestibular nerve section for reducing vertigo. ....
