Is There Any Side Effects For The Derma Roller Therapy?
Hi , i have some acne scars on my face for the past 1 year...after reading about several treatments i think i would like to go for the derma roller therapy but i am still not sure....could you please tell me if there are any side effects of this procedure and how effective it is......thanks in advance

Dermaroller Or Microneedling therapy is very effective for improving the appearance of acne scars.
The technique is very safe and usually performed under local anesthesia. There can be minor and transient side effects like pain during the procedure (although greatly reduced by anesthesia), post procedure swelling, redness and post procedure oozing of serum. These side effects last for no longer than 36-48 hours.
