Hello! Thank you for writing! I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
I think you are not too much overweight, if you keep a healthy diet and loose 2-3 kg per month in 3-5 months you can lose those 10 kg without the need of the pills. I don't recommend the use of diet pills. I recommend a healthy lifestyle as you will lose weight and also keep the weight that you want for a long time. You will get all the nutrients you need and by combining it with exercise is the best and healthiest choice for my opinion. Diet pills have side effects, you will lose weight and after you stop them you will gain it in a blink of an eye and plus you might damage your health. So better eat healthy with a reasonable portions. So your body will be healthy and acostumed to eat that way lets say "educate" your body.
Slim quick
It sure would be nice to lose vast amounts of weight by simply popping a pill, but, unfortunately, it's never that easy. SlimQuick, a weight-loss supplement specifically designed for women, claims that it can help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism, boosting your energy, reducing fluid retention and controlling your appetite. While SlimQuick may help you lose some weight, it might not last, and some of the ingredients in the supplement can cause unpleasant side effects, such as insomnia, anxiety, nausea, headaches and gastric upset.
Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.

An idea for a healthy breakfast from 150 kcal until 250 kcal
One slice of integral bread 40 gram is about 90-100 kcal max
A little bit of avocado, or olive pate or cheese cream or peanut butter or gongorzola or tahin is about 20-40 kcal
Pomodorini, rucola, spinach, is about 10-15 kcal
Strawberries or 1/4 banane 20-30 kcal
Some combinations: 1 a slice of bread with cottage cheese and 1/4avocado 170 kcal
2.A slice of bread with avocado and tomatoe 160 kcal
3. A slice if bread with egg and cottage cheese 190 kcal
4. A slice of bread with tahini and 2 strawberries 150 kcal
5. A slice of bread with peanut butter and 1/4 banane 160 kcal
Better get a personalised diet by your nutritionist than pills.
Best regards. Thank you.
