Is There Any Side Effect Of Pre Rejoint Medicine?

My wife is suffering from knee pain since july 2013.House physician atfirst advised to take tab freeflex forte & nucobal forte for two months. After two months doctor advised to take Pre rejoint and nucobal forte for two months. my wife is taking pre rejoint .Is there any side effect of pre rejoint/
