Is There Any Side Affect For Becelac PB And Ofloxacin?

Dear sir,
My father aged about 60, he is suffering from gram +ve cocci in pairs, short chains (swelling in neck). He is taking Becelac PB along with Ofloxacin 200mg (the dosage is 1x0x0). Is there any side affects of this tablets?. We didn't see much improvement, will you suggest any other medicine for Gram+ve??

The side effects of oflomac tablets are:
Nausea , vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, headache , dizziness , insomnia, hallucination, leucopenia, & eosinophilia , tendon damage and rupture, anorexia, tremor, photosensitivity anaphylaxis,
While becelac is lactobacillus, calcium pantothenate & other is actually supplements and adjuvant therapy.
When such patient visit my clinic with this type of infection I prescribe "CLINDAMYCIN" 20 mg / kg body weight in 4 divided dosage .
Available in capsule as well injection ( amp ) form and very good option.
